I have a set of the digital dz1200 technic turntables. How do I reset my cue?

The used table somehow is configured to stop spinning the disc as on every track and has a 8 second auto foward time set frame every time a new track is set. Also I feel theres more lag time on my new tables when im scratching... When I turn on my new table the play button is red but on the used table the cue button and the play button is red... Any help guys?
