I ordered Odyssey FZGS12CDJW Flight Zone Glide Style Ata Dj Coffin With Wheels For A 12 Mixer And Two Large Format Cd Players (Purchased on 08/12/2010)
by Flight Zone. Instead they sent me the WRONG item, a case that can only hold a 10″ Mixer. After contacting the company to send me the correct item, they have been completely Nonchalant and telling me that I have to cover the cost to ship them back the item and they won’t cover my duty or anything.
Turns out I would pay $700 PLUS to get the correct item I have already paid for almost a month now AND the incorrect item is still being hekd up in Customs because they dont respect the customer enough to follow through on this. I haven’t recieved email in weeks and NEVER a phone call even AFTER asking to escalate this to a MANAGER.
Will recommend you NEVER to use MSX ever through Amazon.
I will let you know if this situation changes.

This case is awesome for what it is intended for. Pretty heavy without anything in it but definately protects your valuables while stored inside. The Slide tray tends to get real hard to move once a mixer is secure and in place. Other than that, I was very happy with the protection level of my equipment. I dj’d an event at Nascar in Las Vegas and my equipment in the case was never bothered. Nice professional design.
