Dj style headphones are the best! I will never use earbuds again…

    Look & feel:

The cushioning on these headphones is very thick yet lightweight. The headphones themselves look bulky in the picture, but can fold up. The cushioning at the top is small but sturdy. The cups fully encompass the ears and have thin mesh inside. From close up, the gold is kind of a cheap looking plastic, but I would have to pay a premium for real metal. The price is great at this quality!

    Technical:

The cord is a good length, pretty standard 1.2m, the plug is standard 3.5mm, the jack seems a bit oversized.

Sound quality is pretty top notch. Going through my library feels like I’m hearing all of these songs for the very first time, and the bass can be a bit annoying, so I adjusted my equalizer for that.

    Bottom line:

    Very, very, very satisfied.

Good sound quality headphones, comfortable headphones, fashionable headphones, this is an all-in-one. Definitely recommended.

The design of these headphones are cool Guaranteed to garner attention, and they sound great; because of them I CAN’T go back to earbuds. That’s The PROBLEM. Over the course of 8 months (Febuary 2010 – Sept 2,2010) I went through 3 PAIRS OF THESE HEADPHONES!!!!!! all of them lasting at least 2-3 weeks before breaking. No matter what I did, and how well I kept them (And I would’ve taken a bullet for them ) they all managed to break. First Pair I had , the left swivel cup loosens out of nowhere and when I gently twisted it back into it’s socket the cord snaps! I assumed that it was my fault and gave them a second chance (also the fact that I was addicted to the Bass Boost,Higher Sound Quality, Design & Noise Cancellation) Second Pair , the right ear cup’s sound goes out (as headphones do) lasted about 4-5 weeks the longest I’ve had them so far. So I figure stupidly, Third times the charm, ordered another pair which arrived on August 10th, 2010 and today September 2nd ,2010 at approx 11:49 AM the SAME EXACT THING THAT HAPPENED TO MY FIRST PAIR HAPPENS AGAIN!!!!! Left Swivel cup pops out, I once again attempt to re-attach ………and guess what happens.

Pretty much, they look and sound great, but it means nothing if they only last 2-3 weeks , 4-5 at most (Sony Earbuds last longer!!!)

I’m a Music Junkie, I Dont leave home without my Mp3, So I guess if you dont use an mp3 as frequently as I do then you can disregard this review , however if your like me ….Buy at your own risk

These headphones are definite eye catchers. For people that love catchy designs like Skullcandies, by all means purchase this. But if you’re searching for great sound quality, with aesthetics being a lower priority, avoid these headphones. The SQ is mediocre, though it will sound good if all you’ve heard are generic headphones from Philips or whatever, or the earbuds that come with your iPod. If you’ve listened to better headphones however, get ready to be underwhelmed. Music sounds hollow and colored, so unnatural and lacking in depth. Soundstage is nonexistent and the bass is muddy. What about fit and durability? These headphones are actually somewhat comfortable. Being closed, they do not leak sound but have poor isolation from outside sound. As for how durable they are, it seems alright so far, however it’s made of cheap plastic. The connector between the earpads and the headband feels like it’s going to snap anytime now. Think Skullcandy durability. These headphones do have the capability of being folded up for storage, which makes them a decent travel option. In conclusion, if you want something flashy and eye-catching, this could be for you, but if you desire decent sound quality, keep looking.

These Vj/Dj headphones are Fly, no question about it.

However, I agree with the other poster about the input jack. The 1/8 inch (3.5mm) jack is just too large.

    Compatibility:

—IPad: doesn’t fit at all, with the exception of jamming it in the jack.

—IPhone 2G: doesn’t fit….not surprised at that one though from Apple Inc.

—Pre-amps: doesn’t fit on Some, but most every one. It fits in computer jacks pretty well though

The above Apple Inc. devices need converters, or cable extenders.

These Munichs modern and Hip. Amazon listing says “September 14, 2004″ but actually fall 2009 in Japan and 2010 in mass production.

The flip-out cushions is great on these for dual monitoring! The look/sound is excellent other than that main issues as stated!

    The design is NOT Good.

    Edit:

My completely broke today. It first started with headphone cushion coming off, then detachment of the right headset hinge that broke.

Also, usually DJ prefer single monitoring on one side. Total collapse happened today. The right DJ headphone was unhinged, unfix-able and damaged. They have to go in the garbage now. There is no way I can fix the Munichs.

i saw these stylish headphones on amazon over 3 weeks ago, and i then proceeded on purchasing them. the where very comfortable, and great sound quality. although after 5 hours of use, the left headphone popped off completly. i was depressed, and we got our refund. i went to my friends house, and he had the exact same headphones for over a year, and still working fine. this led to my conclusion that i was the 1 in 1000 customer who got the badly manufactured one. these were good headphones, but i was just unlucky, so if you want, buy these headphones.
